| This course will provide the student with the fundamentals of wine marketing and wine sales. The student will gain knowledge of various marketing areas which include the LCBO market, retail market, license market and export. Different rules and regulations will be discussed which all wineries must follow and the student will review the requirements for developing a proper label for wine bottles, shelf management and special events. | ||
